This onsen is the biggest one in Yamanashi, and open-air onsen is so popular that is natural hot spring contained FFC ceramic and it is said that good for recovering the tiredness and for beauty.
“FFC Healthy hot water” has the similar function of ancient ocean, the material has a power of change things into new which Ferrous Ferric Chloride can effect through the water.
You can enjoy wain hot spring at the observatory spa on the 7th floor.

It takes 3 minutes from Isawaonsen Station by car. It is located near the end of a street when you go south onto the street in front of Isawaonsen Station.
Around it, there are many commercial facilities such as big shopping center, restaurants, and onsen.
You can go there on foot when you stay there. There are 15 parking spots for free.

In 1274, summer, when Nichiren sages visited here, he saw a ghost of cormorant fishing man, and he made an inscription of scripture on stone and mass for those drowned in a river, and finally he saved the ghost.
There are many writers and artists visiting here because it is the origne of the song “Ukai”.
It is known for all over the nation as a seminary for the Buddhist priesthood of mass for those drowned in a river.
The Sekitaidaikokuten is there which came from the river, and it is saved as God in the precincts of the shrine.

A large 2000-tsubo Japanese garden is full of water and green so you can get refleshed by the pond which has carps.
There are all large 19 rooms and they have an open-air bath. Also there is a reserved open-air bath in outhouse.
For food, you can enjoy a set meal served on individual trays at a traditional Japanese dinner party.

Our own source of hot spring pumps out 1415liters (about 400galons) of pure, fresh spring water per minute directly into our onsen bathes without any assistance of pumping.
The temperature and quality of our water is so perfect there is no treatment or modification, you can enjoy the 100% natural spring water just as is.
To see the water gushing out into our bath and flow like a river is a sight to behold!
Our water is alkaline, gentle to the skin, it is also used for the finishing shower before you exit the onsen, so the effect of our natural spring water will rest with you.
You can also collect some of our spring water and take home at our front entrance.
